Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship fast from our LA warehouse — most US orders arrive in 3–5 business days. West Coast orders often land even sooner. You'll get tracking info the moment your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, flat-rate shipping is $5.95 within the US. All orders ship fast from our LA warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we're currently shipping within the US only. International shipping is on our roadmap, so stay tuned.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast! If you need to make a change, email us at hello@getjaxy.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes — but our return policy has you covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer hassle-free 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Just email hello@getjaxy.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Can I exchange for a different style or color?

Absolutely. Start a return and place a new order for the style you want — that way you get your new pair faster. Your refund processes as soon as we receive the return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 days for your bank to reflect the credit, depending on your provider.

Our Eyewear

Do your sunglasses have UV protection?

Every pair of Jaxy™ sunglasses provides 100% UV400 protection, blocking both UVA and UVB rays. Your eyes are fully covered, whether you go polarized or not.

What's the difference between polarized and non-polarized?

Polarized lenses reduce glare from reflective surfaces like water, roads, and snow — great for driving or beach days. Non-polarized lenses still offer full UV400 protection, they just don't cut glare the same way. Both are solid choices; it comes down to how you'll wear them.

How do I pick the right frame for my face shape?

We've got you. Check out our face shape guide for tips on finding your best match. The short version: contrast is your friend — round faces look great in angular frames, and angular faces suit rounder styles.

How do I know if a frame will fit?

Each product page lists lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters. If you have a pair you love, compare those measurements to ours. Our size guide walks you through exactly how to measure.

How are your prices so low?

We cut out the middlemen. No licensing fees, no department store markups, no celebrity endorsements. We work directly with our factory and sell straight to you. Quality frames and lenses without the designer markup.

Care & Warranty

How should I care for my sunglasses?

Clean your lenses with the included microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid paper towels or clothing — they can scratch. Store them in the case when you're not wearing them, and never leave them on your car dashboard (heat warps frames).

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — all Jaxy eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something breaks through normal use and it's not wear-and-tear, we'll replace it. Email hello@getjaxy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

What if my lenses get scratched?

Scratched lenses aren't covered under warranty (that's normal wear), but we feel your pain. Reach out to us — we may be able to help with a replacement pair at a discount.
